This study aims to analyze the effect of tangibility, growth opportunity, firm age and capital structure on performance with as intervening variables in manufacturing companies sub-sector goods consumption listed Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The sampling technique this uses purposive method. research method used was quantitative a sample 14 Food Beverage Exchange. analysis is path using SPSS version 23. results showed that opportunities had an company performance. While tangibility have no Capital cannot mediate relationship between opportunity Firm Age Performance.
